I requested to work on how I felt uneasy toward someone who had brought a lot of hurt and confusion into my life over the course of a few years.  Since I was transitioning into a ministry role, I felt it was time to heal from this.  During the session we discovered I was holding onto shame and I was able to feel the shift right away as I released it. The negative way I felt toward the individual resolved!  As an added bonus, I had been having some pain in my body frequently for about 2 years in the same spot where the shame was being stored.  This pain has not returned since the session!
